Ingredients :

  1. One potato.
  2. One zucchini.
  3. Green onion.
  4. About two table spoons of all-purpose flour.
  5. Coriander powder.
  6. Cumin powder.
  7. Salt and pepper.
  8. One egg.
  9. Olive oil.

How to make potatoes and zucchini pancake:

  1. Chop the potato and zucchini, then mix them in a mixer.
  2. Cut the green onion.
  3. Combine all the items above except olive oil.
  4. Mix well.
