In this post, I will share with you an easy version of my own banana cake or bread. The first time I knew banana cake was from my mother-in-law. May Allah grant peace and mercy to her soul. Who herself learned it a long time ago, from an Asian lady. I’m fond of it. Then, I made it and tried to improve my own bread. I’m not a big fan of sweets. But, however, I found myself addicted to this cake.
In my version, it’s more like a sweet bread, but it can also be a cake. To be honest, I’m glad I now know how to deal with rotten and black bananas. Who else thought it was no longer edible?
As far as I know about myself, I’m not a cook or a teacher. After all, I enjoy trying new recipes from different cultures and would love to share my own version of my cooking.
So, back to the recipe, in my version, my banana bread can be sliced into a sweet bread, and you can spread peanut butter above it and make it even more delicious.
The description of this cake is light, fluffy, crisp from outside, and sugar test light not too much sugar.
Hence, whenever, you end up with damaged bananas, no problem at all, banana bread is the answer, and rest of banana peel it and keep it in your refrigerator. Or a healthy smoothy drink. Let’s go to read the ingredients below:
First, mix the eggs, palm sugar, butter, and vanilla together; second, add smashed bananas and mix; third, add the flour and mix; then, pour it into a greased pan and put it in a preheated oven.
It depends on your oven and how much time it will take; for me, it took like 45 minutes to bake.
A hint: if you want to know if your bake is ready, just grab a wooden stick and stick it in the cake; if it is coming clean, that means it is backed well; if not, it’s needed more time. Finally, leave it to cool, then cut it and enjoy your fresh-backed banana cake.
