Norwegian Salmon Cooking Techniques

Cooking Norwegian salmon can be considered an art form because it takes a wide range of culinary talents. Grilling is the most popular method since salmon naturally infiltrates with rich flavor, and cooking adds a smoky flavor. Before grilling, salmon can also be marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, and spices can enhance the flavor. When grilling, maintaining temperature is essential to ensure that the salmon is exactly cooked and well-crusted without becoming overly dry.
