Grilled Norwegian Salmon Fillets with Hot Red Curry

Today’s post. I’m going to show you how to cook delicious and healthy grilled norwegian salmon fillets with hot red curry in a simple way, you will enjoy the taste and feel the richness of every bite.

What makes salmon a wonderful choice is that it can be prepared within 30 minutes for lunch or dinner. This option is healthful and convenient for people with a busy schedule who want a cooked healthy meal.

Salmon fillets

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Two fillets of salmon.
  2. Half bell peppers: yellow, red, and orange (or whichever vegetables are available).
  3. Some minced parsley for garnish.
  4. Four cloves minced garlic.

CONDIMENTS:

  1. Hot red curry paste (or you can make your own), or you can buy what I used from here: link.
  2. One lemon juice.
  3. One melted tbs.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. To begin, combine the curry paste and garlic.
  2. Next, apply the mixer to both sides of the fillets.
  3. After that, combine the melted butter and lemon juice.
  4. Then, add the bell peppers in the fillets.
  5. Next, toss the fillets with the melted butter and lemon juice.
  6. Bake for 20 -25 minutes.
