Light Pancakes with blueberries

Today’s recipe will be a hearty breakfast! Light pancakes with blueberries. In any case, if I’m being completely honest, I don’t make pancakes very often because I like the pancakes that my mother makes. It is the fluffiest and most delicious pancake that has ever been created. For us!

Now, without further ado, let’s move on to the ingredients of the recipe! It is simple to make, and you can serve it with your preferred cheese, cream, or maple syrup. [Check here one of my favorite breakfast recipe].

Ingredients:

  1. Two cups of all-purpose flour.
  2. One table spoon of honey.
  3. Baking powder one tea spoon.
  4. Some milk.
  5. An egg.
  6. Little olive oil.
  7. Butter for the frying step.
  8. Blueberries. 
  9. Water.

Instructions:

  1. To begin, pour all of the dry ingredients into the bowl and combine them thoroughly.
  2. Second, add all the liquid ingredients, then, mix until you got a smooth dough.
  3. Third, the next step is to heat the pan, then, add some butter, and take some amount of the dough and add into the pan. Keep it until you see the bubbles, after that, place some blueberries on top, then, flip it to the other side. Until it is done.

Have fun with it and add whatever you like.
