Tea with Milk

Tea with milk or milk with tea does not matter the important is the taste

Today, I’m sharing my simple recipe of tea with milk, which will make you addicted to the taste. Well, since I was a child, I’ve enjoyed drinking tea with milk a lot. My mother used to serve it to us besides the breakfast. Next, there was also herbal tea, which we used to take to relieve stomach pains. And you already know it works. It is acceptable for children to drink tea at a young age, but it is dependent on the tea that is given to them, such as good herbs that are only suitable for children (I am not a doctor; I simply express my opinion).

Now that I’m an adult and I’ve learned about and tasted a variety of kinds of tea, that’s worth trying. Especially the one that has a specific purpose. Such as, for sleeping, stomachache, and mood boost of course. Herb tea and practical filer to use.

As I have said, hence, I’m sharing with you how to make a simple tea with milk that I like to drink in the morning or afternoon. So, let’s go read the ingredients.
